As promised, the day has arrived – the launch of phase one of our online learning portal!
October 2020 saw us release a fresh new look to our website and since then we’ve been working hard to move candidate learning online. No more paper trails, less red tape, and more control for our assessors, and most importantly, for our candidates.
This first phase moves the candidate enquiry, registration, onboarding, and payment processes online, resulting in a more secure, more efficient journey.
Director of Operations, Kevin Horan, commented “As we take on more and more candidates, it’s vital that we make their experience with Paddeco an enjoyable one. To that end we want to remove as much of the hard work and bureaucracy as possible”.
He continued “We’ve already received great feedback on the animations and the general user journey so I can’t wait to share it with more of our candidates and see what they think of it”.
We will continue to develop this phase of the candidate journey, based on the feedback we receive, whilst at the same time working on the second phase of our online learning portal which will see all course work, evidence and learning materials move online.
It’s safe to say, it’s going to be an exciting year!
