I’ve just recently finished my level 3 ductwork qualification. I am very happy that I have completed it, but I’ve got to take my hat off to Stewart and Gary for giving the help and support that was needed throughout. Gary has been in contact all the way through to make sure I’m not struggling with anything, no matter what time or day it is. I can’t thank them both enough for what they’ve done for me. I work for a ductwork company in the East Midlands. I have completed both SVQ Level 2 and SVQ Level 3 Heating and Ventilation qualifications with Paddeco. Their Assessors were very helpful and made me feel at ease with them. They explained things when I was unsure and guided me through the paperwork. They also helped me work through my Individual Learning Plan and kept in touch with me, as I now have a young Apprentice working with me who is currently working through the SVQ Level 2 Course. Having completed my training with Paddeco, Joseph and his assessors still keep in contact with me and discusses my Future Learning Plan, and advise me on the best route to achieve my goals.
